The Moerdijk Port Authority, due to its functions of the development, exploitation and management of an industrial complex with a seaport, can play an active role as an intermediary between companies with the purchase, disposal and/or new use of properties.

In the event of the purchase or sale of properties on the port and industrial complex, the Moerdijk Port Authority must always be notified in writing.

Due to its function, in mediation, the Port Authority will apply the concept of clustering and industrial ecology, examine whether the present transport modalities can be optimally utilised and promote cohesion between existing and new companies/developments.
